I have worked with international buyers on the Costa del Sol for more than a decade — helping families find homes, investors assess markets, and high-net-worth buyers make decisions they remain confident in years later. More than 250 transactions across Marbella, the Golden Triangle, Marbella East, and the wider coast.
My clients are predominantly from Northern Europe — Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, and the Netherlands. They arrive with serious intent and finite time. What they consistently need is not a sales pitch but a clear, unbiased read of the market: what a property is actually worth, whether the area suits their life, and what the process will genuinely cost them.
I hold professional certification from GIPE (Asociación de Gestores Inmobiliarios Profesionales Europeos), operate with full transparency on fees, and work with a deliberately small client roster so that each engagement receives my full attention.
HOW I WORK
Advisory practice, not a transaction business
I do not list every property on the coast. I narrow a brief to what genuinely fits it, explain what is missing in what you find compelling, and tell you plainly when a price does not reflect the asset.
Spanish property purchases carry real costs and real risks. I make sure you know what they are before you commit — taxes, legal fees, NIE process, due diligence timelines — so that decisions are made on accurate numbers.
For families relocating, the property is the start of a longer conversation — schools, healthcare, daily life, seasonal rhythms. I stay available well after completion for the questions that arise once you are actually living here.
